The Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) has announced that inflation for the month of March this year increased to 25.8%.
This is up from 23.2% recorded in February 2024.
Government statistician Professor Samuel Kobina Annim said at a press conference in Accra on Wednesday, April 10 that the non-food inflation went up by 22.6 percent while food inflation increased to 29.6%.
Locally produced items and imported items went up by 26.6% and 23, he added.
